Meet Tim: Three Decades of Hands-On Leadership in Environmental & Drainage Solutions

With three decades of hard-earned experience in the environmental and drainage infrastructure industry, Tim stands as the driving force behind BD Environmental Group. As the Owner-Operator, Tim brings a wealth of hands-on expertise, technical knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to quality service for residential, commercial, and municipal clients alike. Over the course of thirty years, he has witnessed and spearheaded major technological advancements across pipe rehabilitation, advanced drainage, and environmental protection services.

Tim’s career began in the field, working directly on complex infrastructure projects from the ground up. This practical foundation built a deep understanding of standard industry challenges, structural system failures, and sustainable restoration techniques. Rather than operating strictly from behind a desk, Tim continues to maintain a boots-on-the-ground approach, overseeing projects directly to ensure every job adheres to the highest standards of safety, durability, and environmental compliance.

A Legacy of Technical Expertise and Innovation

Throughout his 30-year journey, Tim has specialized in modern, minimally invasive infrastructure solutions designed to extend the lifespan of underground pipe and drainage networks. Under his leadership, BD Environmental Group has developed key competencies in trenchless pipe repair, epoxy pipe lining, structural drainage solutions, and comprehensive environmental protection systems.

Tim's philosophy centers on solving complex site and drainage problems with long-term, non-disruptive methods. By combining modern trenchless technologies with traditional craftsmanship, he helps property owners and site managers protect their valuable assets without unnecessary disruption or costly excavation. His long-standing background allows him to diagnose subtle infrastructure issues accurately, design custom remediation plans, and execute solutions that stand up to harsh environmental conditions over time.

Commitment to Quality, Integrity, and Client Satisfaction

Building long-term relationships rooted in trust and transparency is central to Tim's business philosophy. Over thirty years in business, he has established a reputation for straight-talking honesty, realistic project timelines, and meticulous workmanship. Under his direction, BD Environmental Group treats every project, whether a targeted pipe lining repair or a large-scale drainage overhaul, with the dedicated focus and care it deserves.

Tim remains committed to ongoing industry education, adopting advanced eco-friendly practices, and equipping his team with state-of-the-art tools and techniques. This balanced combination of decades of real-world field experience and forward-thinking methodology positions BD Environmental Group as a trusted partner for long-lasting environmental and infrastructure solutions.

Beyond the Job Site: Personal Interests and Community Roots

When he isn't managing job sites or consulting on environmental infrastructure solutions, Tim values spending quality time outdoors. An avid golfer, he frequently spends his weekends on the golf course honing his game and enjoying the fresh air. Tim is also an enthusiastic dog lover who can often be found unwinding alongside his loyal dog, Whiskey, who is a favorite honorary member of the extended BD Environmental Group family.

Tim’s grounded personal lifestyle mirrors his work ethic: focused, reliable, and deeply appreciative of the local environment. His passion for preserving property integrity and clean surrounding environments is an extension of his love for the outdoors, driving his ongoing dedication to providing top-tier environmental solutions throughout the community.
